Portraying the activities of settlers and soldiers during the American Revolution by participating in living history demonstrations, battle reenactments and educational presentations.

We participated in the Revolutionary War Field Days event at Historic Camden in Camden, SC November 7 and 8, 2009. The daytime weather was beautiful, although the nights were a little frosty!

Where can you find us?
The Musgrove Mill Militia & Company is made up of volunteers based out of Musgrove Mill State Historic Site in Clinton, SC. We mostly attend events in North and South Carolina.
Various members of our group demonstrate militia drills, camp cooking, 18th century music, colonial surveying, 18th century toys and games, spinning, weaving and sewing.
